To prepare for this Discussion:
Review Chapter 6 in the course text, focusing on the various assessments overviewed—both assessments developed to support theories and assessments by type.
Make a list of several (4–6) assessment instruments that you think might be most useful in your work setting and with your client population. Include at least one from each of the categories of assessments.
Select two assessment instruments to write about in the Discussion, two that you believe would be most useful for you in your situation.
Think about the assessment instruments you selected and compare the strengths of each, and why you believe they would be useful.
Review the information on pp. 188–189 in the course text on assessing special populations.
Review the APA Web site on fair testing practices, focusing on the user column: http://www.apa.org/science/programs/testing/fair-code.aspx
Think about why it is important to be aware of issues involved in testing special populations.
With these thoughts in mind:
Post by Day 4 a brief description of the two assessment instruments you selected, followed by why you think they would be most useful in your situation. Include in your post the strengths of the assessments. Then explain why you believe it is important to be aware of the issues involved in testing special populations. (Put the name of the assessments you selected in the subject line of your post.)

This assignment will use academic resources from the United Kingdom (UK) to help you to understand further the modern concept of ‘dignity’ in social care, a theoretical perspective developed in Europe, which is gaining traction in the United States. The resources are predominantly from the UK because of the advanced stage of ‘Dignity in Social Care’ concepts, largely due to more widespread and integrated social care systems in the UK and Europe. In the assignment, you will review the UK resources and then respond to the prompts for the body of your research paper, which will provide details for application of ‘Dignity in Social Care’ concepts in the US. While the concept is at an earlier stage in the US, there are resources in the Ashford Library which cover the US – be sure to seek these out using ProQuest to support your paper. To access the ProQuest database, click on the Journal Articles button on the library homepage. Select the ProQuest (Search All ProQuest Databases) link. To limit results to the U.S. try using United Sates as an additional search term, or you can use the location limiter on the left side of your search results page to filter your results to those pertaining to the U.S. [Be sure to present your paper according to the ‘Assignment requirements’ listed below.]

A network intrusion refers to an activity where an attacker sends malicious packets to a victim to do malicious things (e.g. crash the victim machine, or gain root access of the victim machine). A network security company monitors the network and records the network intrusion events. For the purpose, it has the following two tables in its database. The table MACHINE contains information on attackers and on victims, and it has the following three fields: • hostname: the machine name of the attacker or the victim; e.g. andromeda.rutgers.edu. • ip: the IP address of the attacker or the victim; e.g. 9.9.9.9. • os: the operating system of the attacker or the victim; e.g. Linux, Windows. The primary key of the MACHINE table is ip. The table EVENT contains the attack information and it has the following three fields: • a-ip: the IP address of the attacker; e.g. 9.9.9.9. • v-ip: the IP address of the victim; e.g. 10.10.10.2. • date: the date the attack was performed; e.g. 3/7/2016. The primary key of the EVENT table includes all three fields

Hey, as the title says it’s about the American dream. It’s only one page like one paragraph or two, and you also need to define it
Read the chapter 8 PowerPoint slides. Answer the following questions in a single Word document.
This assignments for this class is an Environmental Student Action Plan. This is a FIVE page minimum, SIX page maximum, double spaced plan written individually by you. The paper should address how you view nature and ecological integrity. Do you value nature or take it for granted?
The purpose of the Student Action Plan is to allow you to look at yourself, evaluate how you use resources, how your use of resources affects others and most importantly, what role you will play in helping make the planet better for all living things. What actions will you take?
The assignment is not difficult. I want you to be honest and truthful. If you plan on doing nothing, tell me that, BUT TELL ME WHY. I would question why you took this class in the first place, but I will respect your position if you can tell me why you decided to not take action.
Your plan should answer the following questions:
1) What is your view of Nature? Do you put value in it? Why or why not?
2) How do you use resources? Make a list of the resources you use each and every day. Are they renewable or non renewable? Tell me why it is important to be able to determine and understand this.
3) Based on your use of resources, is your carbon footprint positive to the environment, negative or neutral? Make sure to state why.
4) How does your use of resources affect other living things and others around the world?
5) What are your sustainability goals? What can you do to be kinder to the environment? What can you do?
6) What is your timeline? When will you start and specifically what will you do?
