Question 1: This question is compulsory – you MUST answer this question.
1. Apply the model of strategic human resource management (Chapter 1, page 8, Figure 1-2 in the textbook) to your choice of a case study organization or any Canadian organization you are familiar with. Critically analyze each step of the process in detail by relating it clearly to your chosen organization. Support your analysis through examples to clearly explain how each stage of the process is related to your chosen organization.
