Purpose: For this step in in the strategic planning process you will conduct a SWOC/T analysis of your organization’s technology programs. As with the previous assignment, some of what you might decided to do within the organization can be hypothetical (i.e., implementing new one-to-one program), however, the SWOC/T analysis of the organization should still be based on the actual strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges faced by the organization.
