Before you begin, read the tips on case discussions posted on the Week 1 Page. After reading Case 1, discuss the following:
1. What is the strategy? What strategic impact do they hope to have? Does this reflect what is currently happening in the health sector?
2. What are the strengths and weaknesses of TQM in this case?
3. What, if any, role does corporate headquarters have?
4. Is there support among various staff?
5. What should be done next?
