AFTER REVIEWING THE MATERIAL ANSWER ONE QUESTION THOROUGHLY NOT ALL!!!
1.) Ladkin and Taylor (2010) offered a very interesting discussion of the enacting of the true self. What were your thoughts and impressions of their claims? What did you come away from the article thinking and feeling?
2.) Dhiman (2011) suggested several things that an individual could do to seek out meaning and self-actualization in life. These are certainly great suggestions, but the list is definitely not exhaustive. What are some activities that you have undertaken to seek out meaning or self-actualization in your life? Why do you think these activities led to a greater understanding of meaning when others did not?
