a.Tabu dealt with Francis in the course of her duty as Mose’s agent. The agency relationship has now been brought to an end, but Tabu continues to deal with Francis. Tabu has always used her name in the dealings in her dealings with Francis but Moses has not been informed of the determination of Tabu’s agency. Advice Moses’s as to his liability.
b Joyce Kaduya’s car has been broken down on a lonely road. Gibson a passing motorist stops. He is asked by Joyce to tow the vehicle to the nearest garage, ten kilometres away. Gibson agrees. When they arrive at the garage, Joyce promises Gibson K600,000.00 for his trouble. Is Joyce bound by her promise?
