Read the case scenario (XYZ Company: StrikeZone) included in the Module Three Case Scenario Rubric document.
After reading the case scenario, address the following:
- Identify and define the methodology that the project manager used in the case scenario.
- Propose an alternative methodology that John should use moving forward. In general, what are the benefits of using the proposed methodology? In addition to the methodologies discussed in the course material, feel free to research additional methodologies to choose from.
- Provide two examples of how the proposed alternative methodology could help John produce a prototype on time and aligned with BCL’s goals and vision.
