Please share what your organization did in response to the drastic change in demand for services during the pandemic. 

We all witnessed a drastic decline in utilization, resulting in lower than projected revenues for almost all facilities in 2020. 

How did leadership respond to this, and what strategies did they implement in 2021 as a result?
