Project Objectives : To organize a fundraising dinner event that will raise at least $150,000 to support the creation of an effective water treatment system for Flint, Michigan residents.
Project Deliverables
- Fundraising license
- Location acquirement: Hotel Ballroom
- 300 Confirmed attendees
- Service team: event caterer, waiters/waitresses, security, musician/dj
- Equipment: decorations, furniture, cutlery, sound system, prizes/awards
- At least $225,000 in sales alone (not including donations)
