Please help me understand this topic by providing examples for these questions in order to prep for my exam!!
So, imagine if you were tasked with pitching an idea for a human capital project to your C-suite team to secure their buy-in.
Once you have an idea for a project in mind, think of the presentation you would give, and answer the following:
1. Describe the project in a concise yet informative way.
2. Describe what value such a project could yield (i.e., how would this lead to optimization of worker KSAs) beyond current ROI?
3. Describe what OB constructs would be the focus of the data collection, and how these constructs would be key factors for optimizing alignment of worker KSAs with strategic business goals?
