We often consider transformational leaders as those who can lead through charisma. They are able to cast a vision and help the organization transform itself into a better, or different version of itself. Many factors can drive the necessity of such an organization such as a changing economy, product/service obsolescence, merger/acquisition, or technology. (You can probably think of more.) What does chapter 5 tell us about transformational leadership?
A flaw many leaders develop as they become better (accomplished) is a reactive dimension as they pursue perfection. What does our reading tell us about this, and how can we avoid it?
