Enclosed is the Part D template with my value stream map, the recommendations from your course projects, and a guide on the PEMM tab to fill in the rows. I’ve filled in the first row for  Process and Enterprise to give you an example of what’s needed including the colors (G, Y, or R), the rating (P1-4 for Process and E1-4 for Enterprise), and brief highlight. I hope this helps. I literally did all the work , research,amd provided templates.
