“I found that there are 22,713 jobs in human resource in the state of Indiana.
I found there was 27 jobs for a Human Resource assistant and 66 jobs for a generalist.
An assistant has a narrowed down position while generalist have a wide position. I don’t think they could have the same job description as they are different roles.
I think the jobs are posted on the internet because the word is spread easier with it being in the local paper only local people will get it.
Online recruiting is a great business strategy you get a wide spread of people looking at it verses a newspaper.”
