This final course paper is worth 200 points of the total course grade.
There are four submission dates for the paper:
o A Formal Bibliography in Unit 3.
o A detailed outline needs to be submitted in Unit 4.
o An abstract in Unit 6. o The final paper is due in Unit 8.
You are expected to write in a clear, professional manner.
o Plan your work.
o Use proper grammar and punctuation.
o Use both proper sentence and paragraph structure.
Make sure you do not plagiarize any material.
Cite any sources used. Use footnotes appropriately.
Requirements:
Outside research is required for this paper. Your sources must be cited wherever used.
Each assigned component (below) must be thoroughly addressed.

Background: Many people think of telecommuting from the perspective of how it might make their lives easier. This perspective is an oversimplification of the work design option. In this paper, you are asked to address each of the following issues to address the following:
You are a Human Resources (HR) manager. You have been tasked to work with a specific internal department to provide both guidance and structure to the potential roll out of a telecommuting option for that group. As such, you want to address the following specific issues with that departments management team (NOTE: The associated point value for each component is noted in bold):
1. Describe in detail some of the common components/considerations of a successful telecommuting program. (Research is required outside of the course material) (50 points) 2.
