After reading the article by Dameron (2005), use the spiritual assessment tool or spiritual assessment questions of your choice on yourself. Write your answers in your journal. Reflect on your answers and how you will incorporate your spirituality into your philosophy of nursing. Which of the spiritual interventions would you feel most comfortable with and which ones would you feel least comfortable with? Identify an area of growth for yourself in meeting the spiritual needs of clients.
