Prepare Gantt Chart and WBS using Microsoft project or Project libre software. You need to complete the whole case exercise comprising all the tables in the case not just the one on Page 180.You need to deliver the following items as part of the Assignment exercise.1. Work Breakdown Structure for the entire case2. A complete Gantt Chart for the entire case including assigning resources to the tasks, the Critical Path for the entire project and the Slacks for Project Tasks if any.
Use the Project management software to prepare Gantt Chart and WBS. Also identify the Critical Path and slacks for project activities as applicable.If the project start date is missing please use April 01,2020 as Project Start Date.
