You ask the bank to lend you funds to allow you to put your plan into action. Your calculations show that an interest rate of 5% would allow you to make a profit and at 7.5% you would break even. What would you do if the interest rate rises to 10%? What impact would this have and how would you work around it?（need feedback on how you work around the additional cost？）
